Eat Smarter.
Get Fitter.
Point your camera at a restaurant menu or your own fridge. Fitgredients tells you what to eat, builds your week around it, then walks you through the cook.

What it does
Five things, done properly
Not another food diary. Fitgredients makes the decision for you, then helps you act on it.
Scan any restaurant menu
Take one photo of the menu in front of you. Fitgredients reads every dish, estimates the calories and protein, and ranks them against your goal — before you order.
- Works on paper menus, boards and screens
- Flags dishes that clash with your allergies
- Tells you what to ask them to change

Cook from what you already have
Open the fridge, take a photo. Fitgredients reads what's in there and shows you the meals you can make tonight without a shop — assuming you've got the basics in the cupboard.
- Photograph the fridge, freezer or your shopping
- Edit the list if it misses something
- Nothing is stored anywhere permanently

A whole week, one button
Tap Plan my week for me and you get seven days of breakfasts, lunches and dinners built around your goal, your budget and how long you actually want to spend cooking — with a shopping list and the total cost.
- Portions scaled to hit your calorie and protein target
- Shopping list grouped by aisle, with an estimated spend
- Swap any meal you don't fancy

Guided cooking, not a wall of text
Tick off your ingredients, then follow one step at a time with timers that run in the app. If you told us you know your way around a kitchen, we skip the obvious steps.
- Built-in timers for every step that needs one
- Steps adapt to your experience level
- Finish with a photo to earn XP — or opt out entirely

Levels, streaks and friends
Every meal you actually cook earns XP and moves you up. Add friends, decide meal by meal what's public, and see what everyone else has been making.
- Badges for streaks, protein targets and variety
- Every log is public or private — your call, every time
- Your height, weight and allergies are never shown to anyone

The library
Every meal, photographed properly.
Breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks with full macros, costs and cook times — filtered down to the ones that suit you.

How it works
Set up once, in two minutes
Tell us the goal
Pick up to three things you're working towards, what gets in your way, what you like eating and what you won't touch. We work out your daily energy and protein guide from there.
Get your meals

Cook it and level up

Fitgredients gives you nutrition estimates to help you choose, not medical advice. Restaurant figures are estimates from the menu wording — if you have an allergy, always confirm with the restaurant.
Questions
Before you download
Do I need to weigh and log everything?
No. Fitgredients is built around choosing, not counting. You tell it your goal once, it shows you meals that fit, and you tap the one you ate. If you want the numbers they're all there — but nothing makes you type them in.
How accurate are the restaurant estimates?
They're estimates built from the dish description, typical portion sizes and the cooking method. They're good enough to tell a 450-calorie choice from a 1,400-calorie one, which is the decision that actually matters. They are not the restaurant's own figures.
What happens to my photos?
Menu and fridge photos are read and then discarded — they're not kept. Photos you submit when you finish cooking are stored privately against your own account, and only appear to other people if you choose to share that cook.
Can my friends see my weight?
No. Your height, weight, age, sex, allergies and dietary needs are never shown to anyone. Friends see your handle, level, badges and the cooks you explicitly marked as public.
Does it work offline?
The meal library, your plans and guided cooking all work without a connection. Scanning a menu or fridge and asking the AI coach need the internet.
Can I use it if I'm vegan, coeliac or allergic to something?
Yes. You set your diet and allergies during setup and anything that clashes is filtered out of your recommendations. For restaurant food, treat it as a shortlist and confirm with the kitchen.
How do I cancel?
Through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings on your phone, the same as any other subscription. Cancel before the trial ends and you're not charged.
